Brains + Beauty: Balancing Ambition + Recovery
In March 2025, my life took a hard turn when I landed in the ICU with a bleeding brain mass and a collapsed lung. I had to put everything—my business, my goals, my body—on pause. I spent twelve days in the hospital, not knowing if I’d walk out with the same energy, the same vision, or even the same brain.
What came out of that experience wasn’t just a scar. It was Brains + Beauty—a brand born from pain, but built on power.
Brains + Beauty is for women who are healing, rebuilding, and showing up anyway. It’s for the ones balancing doctor appointments and dreams, grief and glam, softness and strength.
It’s for the girls with breathers and planners, ice packs and lip gloss, healing scars and full calendars.
It’s for me. And maybe it’s for you, too.

I built Studio H to help people feel beautiful on the outside. I built Brains + Beauty because now, I understand how much beauty we carry on the inside, too.
